MiramMS Installer
Automatic installation is recommended: Feel free to start by downloading MiramMS Installer. This installation file will help you install MiramMS automatically in a smooth manner.
If it is difficult: Should the automatic installation for some reason not work properly, you can instead follow the manual installation guide further down the page, just as before.
Tips: If Windows or your security program displays a warning when the installation file starts, you may need to manually allow the file to continue the installation.
Step 1 – Install MapleStory v.83
Manual installation: If the automatic setup file does not work as intended, you can follow the steps below to install MiramMS manually.
Step 1: First download "V.83 MapleStory Setup" and install MapleStory in the default location, i.e. in: "c:\Nexon\". Navigate to the following folder: "MapleStory", which should be in this folder: "C:\Nexon\" ("C:\Nexon\MapleStory\"). Immediately delete the following files in your MapleStory folder: "HShield" (full folder), "ASPLnchr.exe", "MapleStory.exe", and finally "Patcher.exe".
Steps 2 & 3 – Load the client and start the game
Step 2: Then download "MiramMS V.0.83 Klient" and extract ALL The files located in "MiramMS-WINDOW.rar" to the following folder: "C:\Nexon\MapleStory". Click on the option "Ersätt befintliga" when this box appears.
Your virus scanner will most likely mark the "MiramMS-WINDOW.exe" (client), like it has viruses. Allow this program in Windows Security (Action) immediately when this security warning appears.
Step 3: Right-click on the client/file"MiramMS-WINDOW.exe", select the following: "Egenskaper" → "Kompabilitet" → "Ändra för alla användare". Tick and select: "Kör det här programmet i kompabilitetsläge för:" → "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)". Also tick the following: "Kör det här programmet som en administratör". Now launch MiramMS by running the "MiramMS-WINDOW.exe". Play and enjoy!
